Puolustus pitänyt? SJK teki kahteen peliin kuusi maalia. Noin helppoja kuutta omiin en ole ikinä nähnyt Veikkausliiga -tason joukkueelta.

Kyllä se on mun mielestä aika hyvin pitäny sillon ku päästy pelaamaan ykkösillä, jos Pikkarainen poissa pitää ruveta miettimään mitä tehään mutta kun se pelannu ei oo ollu juurikaan hätää. Toi Felppu-Tatu-Aapo puolustuslinja ei ikinä ollu pitämässä nollia tänään, sen ties jo ennen peliä

Mitenkäs toi uus chantti menee? Nyt parissa viime pelissä kuulunu mutta en oo ite saanu ihan kiinni mitkä sen sanat on

Olipas masentava peli. Voitto olisi ollut arvokas ja jälleen täysin omissa käsissä. Jossain jää nyt vajaaksi. Ihan kuin annettaisiin vain 80% joka pelissä. Tällä hetkellä vain Veikkausliigan tasaisuus pitää meidät edelleen iskuetäisyydellä kärjestä, mutta esim. Klubi on jo alkanut heräillä. KOTIMATSIT PITÄÄ HOITAA.

Luetunymmärrys on jalo taito. Puolustus piti, KUNNES loukkaantumiset (ja toki kortit) vaikeuttivat menoa. 6 nollapeliä (liigan eniten) ja joku 3 päästettyä maalia kahteen kuukauteen liigassa ennen eilistä.

Luetunymmärrys on jalo taito. Puolustus piti, KUNNES loukkaantumiset (ja toki kortit) vaikeuttivat menoa. 6 nollapeliä (liigan eniten) ja joku 3 päästettyä maalia kahteen kuukauteen liigassa ennen eilistä.

Ei ole pitänyt kärkipään jengejä vastaan koko kaudella. Toistaiseksi heikkoa suorittamista valmennukselta. Harvoin koko kautta päästään pelaamaan ns. ykkösillä. Ei riitä nykyinen suoritustaso mitaleille.

Kärkipään jengejä vastaan pelasimme vasta toukokuun lopulta yhtä SJK-awaytä lukuun ottamatta. Tässä vaiheessa loukkaantumiset olivat jo alkaneet kerääntymään ja pelaajat väsymään eikä vaihtopenkillä ollut enää laatua paikkaamaan tilannetta.

HJK-matsissa ei ollut maalia lukuun ottamatta kovinkaan paljon vaaraa omaan päähän ja KuPS-peli meni kyllä aika pitkälti Jorginhon yksilövirheeseen hyökkäyspäässä, mutta muuten se oli tasaista vääntöä sarjakärkeä vastaan. SJK:ta vastaan ei ollu mitenkää odotettavissa, että tuolla joukkueella, mitä siihen saatiin kasaan tulisi olemaan helppoa, vaikka millaisilla taktiikoilla.

VPS-ottelun voin hyväksyä kyllä Rantasen hutina. Se oli aika shaissee ennen vikaa 20-30 minuuttia.

Harvoin tosiaan päästään pelaamaan ns. ykkösillä, mutta harvoinpa sitä myöskään pidetään tällöin maalia puhtaana. Tämä joukkue tarvii vahvistuksia, jos haluamme euro-paikoille, se on fakta. Rantaselta ei tyylipuhtain kausi, mutta en silti sanoisi myöskään, etteikö hän voisi luotsata meitä mitaleille.

Frustrated about last night.
Riski for me really offers nothing, I always feel like we are playing with 10 players when he is on the pitch, harsh perhaps because I do understand from others that he has been better in the past, but from what I have seen this season he lacks pace, lacks strength and barely gets any opportunities in front of goal.

Santeri Haarala is a player I like for his work rate, natural fitness and running in behind, in terms of his movement he is a good forward.
BUT he is not a finisher or has that natural goal instinct and needs to work on this.

Goal scorer and physical presence upfront is something we really lack! it was evident again last night. We dominate so many games but need 5-7 good/clear chances to score a goal.
This is not helped by the fact that we refuse to shoot outside the box 85% of the time. I would like to see us get more shots away from that area.
We cannot keep having so much possession and 4-6 clear/very good chances against the better teams in this league and only taking 1/2 of them.

Of course sometimes you miss key chances, but we do sure seem to miss a lot. I would be interested to see the stats for us in terms of conversion when it comes to that.

My opinion on that was nothing really to do with English football, It was just in front of my eyes what I thought we could benefit from.
I have seen a couple of strikers play for opposition teams in the Veikkausliiga at our place who I thought would suit us really well and the kind of striker/forward we are lacking.

We can find this type of player within Finnish football or close by (Sweden, Norway, Poland)
